Plain and simple: We just don’t feel full by liquid calories in quite the same way as we do real food. Drinking a juice or caramel coffee drink, for instance, won’t make you feel full the way eating a bowl of veggie- and protein-packed stir-fry will. So monitor your intake of juice, soda, sweetened coffee and tea, and alcoholic beverages. For your macros/calories, that looks about right if you weren’t exercising at all. This isn’t ideal because you’d be eating below your BMR, which I don’t recommend. What I’d suggest is increasing your activity levels so that you can be in a calorie deficit without eating below your BMR.

I need some help, I got a new job and it requieres two times a week to work the night shift (11pm -7am) im scared of gaining weight, since I read that “working at night makes you fat” im not planning in changing my schedule when it comes to my meals, but, should I eat something while im at work? Or those 8 hours I’m working should be spent without any food and wait until my breakfast? (Planning to go sleep 1 hour after breakfast for digestion, sleep 4 hours, waking up for lunch and later another nap in the afternoon)
