If I eat within my TDEE, like close to it but not over, can I build muscle? Will the fat stay, or will the accumulation of muscle, and the calories it burns, eventually “eat” up the fat? I really want to lose the weight, but I’ve lost the same 60 lbs 10 times already and don’t want to do that yo yo anymore.
