I’ve read and followed nutrition,article after article for the last two years. And it’s great to know getting fit doesn’t have to be a gruelling challenge. I’m glad people like you can help shine the light on things and get people out of these incorrect ways of thinking that food is your enemy. All those awful dieting tv shows saying don’t eat this and don’t eat that. It will make you fat. All that does is stress people into eating more than they need. Because they think it’s too tough to eat sensible. They don’t know that eating for body composition is what really matters. Your cold hard truth of how people need to eat for their goals is not so cold or hard. It’s a miracle for those that need to know they can still be human and eat the foods they love in moderation and still build an impressive physique. Sure. There always has to be a sacrifice in order to get ahead.
