  1. I am wanting to start a bulk very soon. I calculated that I should be consuming 1,870 calories. When I divided my macros I got: 103 g protein, 31 g of fat and 295 g of carbs. Carbs has me worried. I’m 5 ft even and only 103, would that much carb be too much bulk for me? I lift heavy 5 days a week and am at the gym for about two hours
