Hey Mike, I’ve read a few of your articles recently, and I think they’re great! I’m wondering how to get so much protein with so little fat. I’m supposed to be eating over 200 g of protein a day, but only about 40 g of fat. The only foods that I’ve been able to find for this are plain greek yogurt and skinless chicken. I love those meals, but do you have any recommendations to introduce variety into the diet?
